Cancellation, refund & no show Policy:

Cancellation: Cancellations on low season must be notified at much 30 days prior to arrival, and 45 days on high season prior to arrival. No show will result in 1 night penalty charge plus 12% taxes.

During the stay in the hotel, we neither accept cancellations nor reductions in stay time.
From April 2nd to 18th, and December 20th till January 6th, cancellations and no show will result in a 100% cancellation/penalty fee.

Additional Information:
Should an extra bed be needed in the room apart from the ones already featured, this will have an extra charge of $6 per night.

On days 24th and 31st of December, hosting will not be available without dinner and breakfast.
