Deposit Policy:
The hotel´s Reservations Department will require the first night pre-payment in order to guarantee the Reservation including the 12% tax. The balance will have to be totally paid, before the customer’s arrival to the hotel. On Christmas season the Agency shall pay the 50% of the total amount 60 days prior to the customer’s arrival to the hotel in order to guarantee the reservation. The balance will have to be totally paid, before the customer’s arrival to the hotel.
Cancellation, refund & no show Policy:
Cancellation: Cancellations on low season must be notified at much 15 days prior to arrival, and 30 days on high season prior to arrival. No show will result in 1 night penalty charge plus 12% taxes.
During the stay in the hotel, we neither accept cancellations nor reductions in stay time.
From April 2nd to 18th, and December 15th till January 6th, cancellations and no show will result in a 100% cancellation/penalty fee.
Additional Information:
Should an extra bed be needed in the room apart from the anes already featured,this will have an extra charge of $5 usd plus 12% tax per night.
On days 24th and 31st of December, hosting will not be available without dinner and breakfast.
